Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that peacekeeping forces should be sent to India, not Bangladesh. Only Indian media is spreading false propaganda about Bangladesh. Which is not having much impact on any other media in the world.
He said these things at the inauguration ceremony of the International Volunteer Day organized at the Purbachal Fire Service and Civil Defense Multipurpose Training Ground in Rupganj, Narayanganj on Thursday (December 5) morning.
The Home Affairs Advisor said that the call for national unity in the country will give a positive response to counter conspiracies and maintain order in the country.
After the inauguration, the Advisor inspected the equipment and various tools used in the work of the Fire Service. Various officials of the Fire Service were present at the ceremony. Later, certificates of honor and crests were presented to the volunteers.
